The article is devoted to the problem of insufficient theoretical justification modeling career guidance in education system region, primarily identifying foundations goal-setting. aim study identify features leading targets and consider possibility their simultaneous use region. Materials Methods. follows paradigmatic, socio-pedagogical learner-centered approaches. authors summarize integrate educational, psychological sociological ideas on this research.
