Target settings for modeling career guidance in the education system of the region

Introduction. The article is devoted to the problem of insufficient theoretical justification modeling career guidance in education system region, primarily identifying foundations goal-setting. aim study identify features leading targets and consider possibility their simultaneous use region. Materials Methods. follows paradigmatic, socio-pedagogical learner-centered approaches. authors summarize integrate educational, psychological sociological ideas on this research. Methods analysis, comparison, generalization, analysis infographic representations models are used order solve research problem. Results. Literature enabled constructs as basis goal-setting educational region (choosing a career, professional self-determination, growth, professionalism), clarify content characteristics. construct ‘choosing career’ focuses personal specific result; ‘professional self-determination’ deals with process development through making meaningful decisions, involving choice. ‘Career growth’ concentrates movement social understanding profession success. ‘Professionalism’ implies self-transformation interests not only terms technological readiness, but also compliance moral attitudes. proposed way coordinating main region: a) ideal goal (strategic goal) defined formation professionalism (at level); orientation planning growth (in broad connotations) can be included structure professionalism; b) expected result practices (tactical self-determination. Conclusions. conclude that appropriate selection target contribute clarifying qualitative characteristics Based selecting within setting, typology regional evaluation effectiveness made. variants combining allow define priorities, which determine direction specifies organizational methodological model.
